Q. How do I finalise and pay for my order? And is it safe?

Once you’ve finished shopping, just select 'checkout', view your invoice and complete your contact & shipping details. Press submit and yourorder will be sent directly to Colours By Nature for processing. You will also receive an email order confirmation detailing our payment options, including payment via EFT / Bank Transfer.

Q.  I understand Colours By Nature discounts all products by 5%, when do I see the discounted price.

At anytime during your shopping, just select ‘checkout’ to view your discounted price.

Q.  How do I know how much my freight and handling charge will be?

 Freight and handling charges are based on your total order value (see below).  To find out the quoted freight charge of your particular order, just select ‘checkout’.

Q. When will I get my goods?

Once we have receive confirmation of payment, goods are usually packed & shipped next business day via Australia Post or selected freight firms. While the majority of customers receive their goods in a couple of days, we still advise you allow 5-10 working days for shipping.  In the unlikely event stock issues arise, in which case will contact you promptly.

Q. Can I shop and browse the Colours By Nature Website at the same time?

Absolutely, feel free to shop and browse in the same browser session. Once you start shopping, your shopping cart will appear at the top right hand corner on every page of our website.

Q. I noticed not all products have pictures, is that a problem?

 No it’s not. With over 1000 product lines; our photographer is just a little slower than our integrated online inventory system. So if you select the desired product code we will endeavour to supply that product, no problem.

Q. If I’m registered on the Colours By Nature website, will my contact and shipping information flow through to my order while shopping?

Absolutely, provided you logon prior to checkout.
