LIVOS BIVOS Oil Wax 375

Range of application: For interior timber after pre-treatment with LIVOS products. For maintaining of previously waxed or oiled timber; for restoration of old furniture or wood carvings. For the care of KERA Cott and linoleum.

Technical qualities: Transparent_' velvet gloss_' moisture-resistant_' antistatic finish. DIN EN 71 Part 3 certified.

Full declaration: Linseed oil_' linseed oil - stand oil - natural resin ester_' linseed oil - stand oil_' orange oil_' Isoaliphates_' beeswax_' micronized wax_' carnauba wax_' pine oil_' alumina_' rosemary oil and drying agents free of lead.

Color: Clear. Tinting is possible by adding a maximum of 10% of VINDO Natural Oil Paint No. 629.

Dilution: Delivered ready to use.

Application method: Brush_' roller_' spraying device_' or with a wadded cloth.

Coverage: 1 liter (1.06 fl. quart.) is sufficient for approximately 100 m² (1076 ft²)_' i.e. 10 ml/m²_' when applying with a wadded cloth and pre-treated surfaces. 1 liter (1.06 fl. quart.) is sufficient for up to 167 m² (1800 ft²)_' i.e. 6 ml/m²_' for other modes of application. Coverage could be considerably less depending upon the condition and absorbency of the surface. Always do a test application.

Drying time: Application with a wadded cloth approximately 20 - 30 minutes at 23^OC and 50% relative humidity. A drying time of 30 -120 minutes is required when applying by spraying device. All other application methods 24 hrs.

Cleaning up: Clean equipment immediately after use with SVALOS Dilutant No. 222.

Specific gravity: 0.84 g/ml.

Safety Advice: Always be sure to store cleaning cloth_' polishing pads_' sponges_' etc. that are still wet or even slightly moist with BIVOS-Oil-Wax No. 375 in an airtight metal container or in water and dispose_' as there is a danger of spontaneous combustion caused by the vegetable oil content in the product contains limonene.
Keep out of the reach of children. If swallowed_' do not induce vomiting: Seek medical advice immediately and show the container or label.

Disposal: According to locally regulated laws.

Container Size: 0.05 l; 0.125 l; 0.25 l; 0.75 l; 2.5 l; 10 l; 30 l; 200 l.

Storage: Cool and dry_' please see label for expiration date. Close lid tightly after use_' transfer unused portion of product to a smaller container for storage.

How to use BIVOS Oil Wax No. 375
Preparation: The surface must be dry_' solid_' clean_' and free of grease and dust. Pretreat timber with LIVOS oils or stains like MELDOS Natural Resin Hardening Oil No. 264_' ARDVOS Wood Oil No. 266_' GORMOS Wax Oil No. 267 or DARIX Transparent Wood Stain No. 297.

Application: Stir or shake product thoroughly before using. Apply very thinly; it is best to use a cloth to rub the product in vigorously. Polishing the surface after treatment is not necessary. With other application methods such as spraying_' careful attention must be paid to applying a very thin and even coat. Excess product should be removed with a cloth. After 20 - 30 minutes of drying time_' polish surface with a brush or a clean cloth. 1- 2 hours after polishing_' surface will be dry to the touch.

Industrial application: via spraying and brush techniques (please request technical advice if necessary).

Renovation: Pre-treat the surface with the recommended LIVOS products_' then apply BIVOS Oil Wax No. 375. Always test for compatibility with existing surface coatings before use.
