LIVOS GORGO Concrete Floor Paint

Technical qualities: Matt, elastic, very economical, good coverage ability, resistant to water, abrasion and mineral oil, good adhesion. Temperature resistance up to 70° C (158°F), and scratch resistant.

Ingredients: Silica, linseed oil - stand oil - natural resin ester, iron oxide and mineral pigments, mica, castor oil - stand oil, orange oil, Isoaliphates, micronized wax, drying agents free of lead, soy lecithin, citron oil.

Colours: clear, country blue, light grey, black, white, stone grey, ochre, green, Persian red

Application method: By brush or roller (only nylon or mohair) undiluted at temperatures above 8°C (46.4°F). For spraying, dilute with 10-20 % SVALOS Thinner No. 293.

Coverage: 1 l covers 8 — 12 m². The second coat coverage could be considerably less depending on the surface condition and absorbency. Always do a test application.

Drying time: At 23°C (73°F) and 50% relative humidity allow at least 12 hours between coats; at low temperatures allow 24 hours between coats.

Cleaning up: Immediately after use with SVALOS Thinner No. 222.

Specific gravity: Approximately 1.5 g/ml.

Safety advice: Always be sure to store cleaning cloths, sponges, etc. that are still wet or even slightly moist with GORGO Natural Oil Paint No. 607 in an airtight metal container or in water, due to danger of spontaneous combustion that could be caused by linseed oil content. However, the product alone will not undergo spontaneous combustion. Ensure good ventilation during use. Please, follow instructions carefully.

Disposal: According to local regulations.

Container size: 0.375 lt; 0.75 lt; 2.5 lt; 5 lt; 30 lt.

Storage: Cool and dry, please see label for expiry date.

Preparation: The surface must be dry, able to absorb and bear a load and free of grease and dust. Concrete, plaster and composite surfaces must be at least 28 days old and free of cement residue, loose and brittle particles and separating agents such as oil, grease, paraffin, rubber abrasion, paint residue. Powdered cement surfaces impede adhesion; always do a test application! Clean surfaces mechanically, with a broom, wire brush or an industrial vacuum cleaner.

Application: Stir product thoroughly before use. Do not dilute. As a rule, apply 2 — 3 sparing coats with a brush or roller at temperatures over 8° C (46.4°F). Relative humidity: max. 90%

VARIATION OF USES:

Durability: should be reached after 7 days, water-resistant after 2 weeks.

Important tips: Check test application on old coating for 7 days. GORGO Concrete Floor No. 607 contains only little solvents, so it tends to develop a skin. Before using, simply remove the skin and stir well. All technical qualities can be decreased by applying product too thickly
or on not completely dried surfaces. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
